Jenny from State Farm called to let me know that my son, Nicolas had a discount for car insurance. She didn't have to do this, but I'm so grateful she did. It was an A+ experience for sure.....just a little teacher humor.

I would like to state the obvious. I was totally impressed with the service I received at the Kyle Thompson State Farm Insurance office in Emporia. I have never been treated better than I was treated at my business dealings today. Jennie and Kyle both took time to help me with my transaction. I left feeling that I had been treated like family in a professional manner. I really appreciate their help and genuine concern of my needs. I highly recommend this insurance office. I make this statement after many, many years of dealing with agents of all kinds.
